Join us as we teach participants about Breathwork and how it was help us find strength to use our inner voice, stick up for what we believe in, positive and effective communication, and how to express yourself clearly.

We will be exploring the Throat Chakra, and how to use simple yogic poses and exercises to open us the Root Chakra.
